Doujinshi do not always contain adult material. Even at Comiket, there are always non-adult doujinshi and text-only books released by the various circles.
Today we have a pair of non-adult Strike Witches stories from the anthology 'Unknown Witches.' Over the next little while, there will most-likely be additional chapters from the same anthology. Though they take place in the Strike Witches universe; they are not necessarily canon with the anime or the official manga.
If adult material is what you're looking for; then these stories might not be for you.
